When an emergency happens, a First Aider must act quickly, calmly, and in the correct order. This lesson focuses on how to manage an incident safely, assess a casualty, and decide when to escalate for further help.

You will learn how to carry out a structured assessment using recognised first aid principles, helping you prioritise actions and avoid missing life-threatening conditions.
