Medical emergencies can happen suddenly in the workplace. A First Aider must be able to recognise the signs and symptoms of common medical conditions and respond calmly, safely, and effectively.

This lesson covers the most common medical conditions a First Aider may encounter, explaining what to look for and what action to take until professional help arrives.
