You must be 16 or older to enrol in most of our online courses.
Some workplace qualifications (such as NVQs) require you to be 18+ and employed in a relevant job role.

We provide accredited training in:

Training is available online, blended, or on-site nationwide.

Yes. All our First Aid, Safety, and NVQ qualifications are delivered through recognised UK awarding and quality assurance bodies, including NOCN and UKAAG.
Our training meets HSE, Ofqual, and industry compliance standards, ensuring your certification is fully recognised across the UK.

If you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of enrolment for refund eligibility (provided you have not completed or downloaded course content).
NVQs follow a different cancellation policy due to assessor allocation, contact us for details.

You only need:

  • A phone, tablet, or computer
  • A stable internet connection
  • A modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox)

No special software is required unless stated in a specific course.

Every learner is assigned a dedicated trainer, teacher, or NVQ assessor who acts as your first point of contact for course-related questions.

You can also use our integrated AI support assistant, available 24/7, to resolve common issues instantly.

Course materials are available instantly through your OK4UK Academy learner dashboard.

Course pricing varies depending on the qualification:

  • Online Awareness Courses: £19–£99
  • First Aid & Safety Courses: £79–£350
  • NVQ Qualifications: £750–£1,999

We are also developing a flexible subscription-based learning option, designed to give learners access to a wide range of courses for a monthly fee. This model will make training more accessible and reduce pressure on learners. Details will be released soon as the system is finalised.

A minimum registration fee of 30% of the course value is required at enrolment.
The remaining balance can be paid during the course duration, as long as payments are completed before exceeding the estimated course timeframe.

Payment plans are available for NVQs and certain longer qualifications.

Absolutely. We deliver on-site First Aid, Health & Safety, and Cyber Security courses for workplaces across the UK. This is ideal for teams who prefer training at their own location.

Blended courses combine online theory with in-person practical training or assessment. This allows learners to complete part of the training at home while still meeting certification requirements.

Yes. All learners receive an accredited digital certificate, and for NVQs, a full qualification certificate issued by the awarding body.

Course durations vary:

  • Emergency First Aid at Work: 1 day
  • First Aid at Work: 3 days
  • Online courses: 1–3 hours
  • NVQs: 4–12 weeks (self-paced)

NVQs are assessed in your workplace through evidence, observations, professional discussions, and portfolio submissions. There are no exams your real job proves your competence.
